Family with children vacation delight
The kids loved the lazy river and the pool games we played every afternoon. I enjoyed the fun experience at the buffet where the staff worked hard to make sure we had plenty of options, even finding gluten-free meals for one of the family members.
It wasn't cheap, but given the good service and facilities, it felt worth it.

We had an amazing time enjoying the swim-out junior suite, and the sandy beach was truly perfect! The spa was incredible with awesome massages and a relaxing pool area to unwind. The pull-out couch could definitely use an upgrade, but it didn't take away from our fantastic stay. 😊

Family Friendly Disappointing
So, we had a nice time with the family, but lemme tell you about the pools and the butler service. The kids pool was a total wreck. it was ice cold! Couldn't even keep my daughter in there longer than a few minutes. Now, on the bright side, the service from Carlos at the kids pool was fantastic. He was attentive and really made our time by the water enjoyable.

We had an awesome time here! The lazy river was a blast, and we loved the immersive programs at the Stars Kids Club. Highly recommend checking out the entertainment team and grabbing some meals at the varied dining spots.
However, my room wasn’t clean when I arrived, which was disappointing.

During my stay, I loved that the beautiful Isla Blanca beach was less than 5 minutes away and that the vibrant Delphinus Playa Mujeres was only about 3 km from the hotel, making it easy for me to explore and enjoy the stunning scenery at my own pace. the STAR Class Junior Suite was perfect for my family with children, offering plenty of space and comfort after a big day out, but the room cleanliness could use a little improvement.
